Jordi Güell will be one of the speakers at the biannual conference promoted by the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) that will be held on October 15 and 16, 2020 under the name IP Case Law Conference (IPCLC), aimed at examining the most recent European case law on intellectual property.
In this context, Jordi Güell has the honour to participate as a speaker, along with other distinguished speakers such as Lord Justice at the United Kingdom Court of Appeal Sir Richard Arnold and the Chairperson of the EUIPO 2nd Board of Appeal Mr. Sven Stürmann, in the fifth session “Bad faith and abuse of right” to be held on the 16th October at 10.30 am.
