Jordi Güell will give a presentation on European Trademark case law during the Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) to be held in Singapore on 15-20 May 2023. This presentation will take place on Thursday 18 at 1.30 p.m. local time and will provide a broad overview of the most relevant case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, the General Court of the European Union and National Courts during 2022, as a summary of the INTA Annual Review on European case Law, co-authored by Jordi Güell himself.
